Canned Northern White Beans

I was so excited to can some Northern White Beans and am so glad they turned out so well.  They were super easy to do with a pressure canner I borrowed from my sister Doris.  Just added a scant 3/4 cup dry beans to clean jar, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, fill the jar with hot water and screw on lid.  Pressure for 75 minutes and this is how they turned out!  So Cool!
